Chamber Events

The Raytown Chamber provides a number of opportunities for members to network, market their business, socialize and learn.

Annual Chamber Celebration

The Chamber’s new year begins in early winter with an annual celebration. Retiring officers are honored and new leaders introduced at this elegant celebration of the new year. The Chamber’s annual awards are given out at this event including Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, Chamber Person of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.

PrintRaytown Night at the Mavericks

The Chamber sponsors a night during the season of the Missouri Mavericks Professional Hockey.  These pro hockey games are held at the Silverstein Eye Centers Arena and we hope the community comes out and supports this event.

Raytown Night at the Royals

For almost 25 years, the Raytown Chamber has sponsored one of the largest community nights at the ballpark!  The Raytown community, members, their families and employees come out to enjoy this great American pastime & support the boys in blue! Raytown sits in the backyard of the ballpark & we feel the excitement during baseball season!

Golf Tournamentgolf

The Chamber and Raytown Rotary Club are proud to sponsor a golf tournament each year. Members and their guests enjoy a day of fun, prizes, team competition, food and networking.  Several years ago, the Chamber partnered with the Raytown Rotary Club to combine efforts to provide a quality event to its participants.  Each year, the tournament is rotated among the member golf courses.

Legislative Luncheons

Chamber members have an opportunity to meet with their Mayor and Board of Aldermen at the annual State of the City Luncheon which is held in February.  The State of the School District  is presented in October by Dr. Allan Markley, Superintendent of Schools and an update from County Executive Frank White Jr. normally happens in November.  These updates are important to the membership and the Chamber is excited about the opportunity of bringing them to the membership.

Senior Celebration

The Raytown Chamber hosts the annual Senior Celebration for those 55 & older.  This was a great way for residents to get together to enjoy food, fun and dancing.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The Raytown Chamber works with many organizations throughout the year to help promote various events.  Organizations such as Shepherd’s Center, Raytown Three Trails Kiwanis, Raytown Historical Society to the Raytown Parks Department have events throughout the year for residents young and old alike to enjoy.

A great way to find out when these  organizations are offering an event is to go to the Chamber’s  Community Calendar located on the left hand side of the website.  If you think there is nothing going on in Raytown, you may be surprised!
