Primary Responsibilities

USA 800 is a 100% employee owned inbound contact center that handles calls, chats, and e-mails for over 90 different clients. Our company policy is to make every contact count by offering exceptional customer service on every interaction. Due to the nature of our business, all Customer Advocates at USA 800 are cross-trained on an assortment of accounts which presents an opportunity for an increase in pay. The position requires that you sit at a desk in front of a computer, answering calls as they come in to your phone while typing information.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay is determined on experience and the outcome of the interview at a minimum of $8.50/hr plus incentives
