Raytown Loves Baseball

Have you heard Raytown Loves Baseball? It is being reported that over $60 million dollars will be spent in the Kansas City metro area during the first two weeks of July and Raytown is hoping to attract some of those visitors to our town. Adopt a street groups will be picking up trash at the beginning of July; businesses will begin to spruce up their store fronts along with running specials and making visitors as well as local residents feel right at home. What a great time to show case our City!  Also, remember the Chamber is selling Raytown Loves Baseball t-shirts for just $12.00 each.  Shirts can be purchased at the Chamber office between 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.  Call ahead to make sure there is someone in the office 816-353-8500.

Free movie night in the park scheduled for Saturday, July 7 – Colman Park with a free home run derby starting at 8:15 pm.  Players Paradise and KC Metro Youth Sports along with The Friends of the Raytown Parks will be presenting Sandlot!  Buck Night Concessions will be available too.
